Calling All Health Science Librarians in Tennessee
THeSLA was founded in 1977 to promote education and communication among those responsible for health science libraries in Tennessee. Membership is open, with board approval, to individuals engaged in or concerned with health science libraries.
Membership in THeSLA provides the opportunity to acquire skills and knowledge needed for the development, maintenance, and growth of health sciences libraries. It facilitates contact with others in the field and benefits and promotes the exchange of information. Resource sharing is a significant element of THeSLA's program.
